Nečven

Stone fortress remains stand at 226 meters elevation on a cliff edge, overlooking the Krka River and surrounding natural landscapes of Promina.

The Nelipić family constructed this defensive structure in 1400, maintaining control until 1421 when ownership transferred to the Martinušić family.

The castle ruins remain open for exploration throughout the year, with direct access routes available from the nearby village of Puljane.

A wooden toll bridge once connected this fortress to Trošenj Castle across the canyon, forming a strategic control point over regional trade routes.
