The Saint Anthony of Padua church exhibits clean lines and geometric forms, featuring a rectangular tower and large windows that illuminate the interior space.
Architect Gyula Rimanóczy designed this religious building between 1931 and 1934, incorporating Bauhaus movement principles into the structure.
The church maintains an active religious center with regular ceremonies, housing art pieces and statues that represent Catholic and Franciscan traditions.
Visitors can reach the church through multiple bus lines that stop at Pasaréti Square, with services conducted throughout the week.
The 2022 renovation added modern facilities including a kindergarten, elderly care center, and a new community hall spanning 700 square meters.
