St. Peter's Church is a corrugated iron and timber structure in County Monaghan with a three-stage ornate spire rising from its frame. The building occupies a prominent position among the rolling hills and functions as a visible landmark within the rural landscape.

The structure was built in 1890 by James McKean for Catholic mill workers and served as a religious center until deconsecration in 1962. Its origins are rooted in the local industrial community and the spiritual needs of those who labored nearby.
