The Raiffeisen Tower reaches 78 meters in height, featuring 22 floors and a total usable area of 20,000 square meters in central Vienna.
The construction site previously housed the OPEC headquarters until Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien purchased the property in 2007 and initiated tower development in 2010.
The building represents modern architectural development in Vienna through its LED-illuminated facade system, consisting of 5,500 lights measuring 1.05 meters each.
The tower accommodates 900 employees and consolidates multiple Raiffeisen-Holding operations within its 27,000 square meters of gross floor area.
The construction project cost 80 million euros, exceeding standard skyscraper expenses by 4.6 million due to spatial constraints between Mercure Hotel and IBM headquarters.
