Redpath Museum, Natural history museum at McGill University, Montreal, Canada

The Redpath Museum contains collections of paleontology, zoology, and minerals, displayed across multiple floors in a classical architectural building.

Peter Redpath established this museum in 1882 to mark the 25th anniversary of Sir John William Dawson's appointment as McGill University Principal.

The World Cultures exhibition presents 1000 artifacts from ancient civilizations, including archaeological materials from Egypt, the Mediterranean, and Mesoamerica regions.

Located at 859 Sherbrooke Street West, the museum welcomes visitors from Tuesday through Friday between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

This structure stands as the first purpose-built museum building in Canada, featuring Greek Revival architecture with classical columns and facades.
