Nova Scotia Museum of Industry, Industrial heritage museum in Stellarton, Canada
The Nova Scotia Museum of Industry spans 80,000 square feet and contains over 30,000 objects representing the province's manufacturing, mining, and technological development.
The museum opened in 1995 on a site that includes the Foord Pit, which was once the deepest coal mine in the world and Canada's first passenger railway.
The museum preserves and displays artifacts that tell the stories of Nova Scotia workers through generations of industrial transformations and technological advancements.
The facility welcomes visitors Tuesday through Sunday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with adult admission at $8.90 and children aged 6-17 at $3.90.
