The Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Binhai Center reaches 530 meters high with 98 floors above ground, featuring a curved glass exterior and eight sloping mega-columns.

The construction of this enormous structure began in 2013 under the supervision of New World Development and reached completion in 2019, marking a new era for Tianjin.

The building represents the modern transformation of Tianjin's business district, combining office spaces, residential units, and hotel accommodations in a vertical urban development.

The skyscraper contains 267 elevators to transport occupants throughout its 98 floors, while its aerodynamic shape reduces wind pressure through its tapered vertical profile.

The structure stands as the tallest building worldwide with fewer than 100 floors, incorporating substantial below-ground infrastructure across 654 basement levels.
