The Sino-Steel Tower is a 333 m (1,093 ft) skyscraper on hold in Tianjin, China. Designed by MAD Studio, Beijing, it is to be clad in white and pierced by recessed hexagonal windows, some with crimson surrounds that alter the building's appearance with changing light. When completed, it will contain offices and a hotel on 80 floors.

Construction of the Sino-Steel Tower began in 2008, with completion originally expected in 2014. Work on the plaza halted in March 2012 after the foundation pit had been dug at a cost of 200 million yuan, when funding shortfalls at China Steel Group left the project unfinished. Work resumed in early 2017 with welding of the remaining basement steel structure, and the basement was topped out in May 2017 ahead of tendering for the superstructure. The tower remains on hold.

The tower's name comes from its developer, Sinosteel International Plaza, a subsidiary of the Sinosteel group; the project was first planned with the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse and the American MGM group, both of which withdrew. The design is by architect Ma Yansong of MAD Architects, and the crimson window surrounds are meant to shift in appearance with changing light.

The tower is on hold, so there is no interior to visit and no observation deck; the site is a construction plot in the Xiangluowan business district of Tianjin's Binhai New Area.
