Schloss Reckahn, Baroque manor in Kloster Lehnin, Germany
The three-section manor stretches thirty meters in length, featuring a three-sided front section and windows framed with classical pilasters in Brandenburg region.
Between 1726 and 1730, Friedrich Wilhelm von Rochow constructed this manor following Andreas Schlüter's baroque architectural principles, replacing an earlier Renaissance structure.
The Rochow Museum, established in 2001, presents exhibitions about educational reforms and Enlightenment period through original artifacts and multimedia presentations.
The manor opens Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 and weekends from 10:00 to 17:00, with combination tickets priced at 5 euros for adults.
The entrance gallery displays historical busts of educational reformers who shaped Prussia's school system during the Age of Enlightenment.
