Eurogress

Eurogress is a convention center in Aachen with approximately 68,000 square feet of space divided into 16 versatile halls that adapt to different event types and group sizes. The rooms can be arranged in various layouts such as U-Shape, Theater, or Classroom style and feature modern amenities including internet connectivity and onsite catering services.

The center opened on September 4, 1977, and was among the first major congress buildings in western Germany at that time. Its establishment marked an important moment in Aachen's development as an international venue for gatherings.

The venue hosts the annual ceremony for the medal 'Wider den tierischen Ernst', a German award recognizing people who advance political humor and satire in public life. This event brings together artists and cultural figures known for their wit and critical comedy.
