Rittergut Wiegersen

Rittergut Wiegersen is a manor estate in Sauensiek featuring a restored brick wall enclosing the property, with a distinctive tower and gate building marking the main entrance. Melchior von der Lieth transformed a simple farm into this noble estate in 1627, establishing it as an important property in the region. Like many north German estates, the property later experienced various periods of modification and change in use.
