The museum is located centrally in Thale and is easily reached on foot, though parking nearby is limited. Plan at least an hour and a half to two hours for a leisurely visit and ask at the desk about guided tours or additional information.

The former laboratory room is still preserved with its original equipment for chemical analysis from the production era. This well-maintained space offers a rare glimpse into the scientific side of metalworking from that period.
