Kudamm-Karree-Hochhaus

The Kudamm-Karree-Hochhaus is a modern office and commercial building with 23 floors rising 102 meters above street level. The glass and concrete structure houses office spaces, retail stores, and parking areas located below ground.

Architect Sigrid Kressmann-Zschach designed this structure in the early 1970s, and it was completed in 1974. Since then, it has been a key part of Berlin's business district and an important element of the city's skyline.

The building sits along Kurfürstendamm, a boulevard lined with shops, movie theaters, and restaurants that draw crowds daily. People experience this area as a busy commercial district where work and leisure activities mix throughout the day.
