Urban Spree spans 1,700 square meters across multiple levels, containing exhibition spaces, concert rooms, artist studios, and an outdoor beer garden.
The center opened in 2012 within a former industrial complex, transforming the space into a platform for contemporary art and music performances.
The venue presents regular art exhibitions, hosts music festivals, conducts DIY workshops, and maintains an art store featuring works from international artists.
Located at Revaler Straße 99, the center accommodates 800 people and operates from Tuesday through Saturday with both indoor and outdoor event spaces.
The center runs an artist residency program where creators work in open studios, allowing visitors to observe and interact during the artistic process.
