Stream Tower, Modern office tower in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Germany
Stream Tower is a modern office building in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg standing approximately 98 meters (322 feet) tall across 24 floors. The structure features alternating floor layouts that create a sculptural, varied exterior shape along its entire height.
Construction was completed in 2022 after the architecture firm Gewers Pudewill won the design competition for the project. The site had been purchased by Signa in 2017.
A bar on the top floor invites people to gather and take in views across the city while mingling with others. This open space has become a natural meeting point where visitors and workers can experience Berlin from above.
Extensive glass surfaces throughout the building allow natural light to flood the workspace areas. The structure with its projecting elements creates multiple outdoor areas to explore during a visit.
The cantilevered terraces around the building are made from fiberglass-reinforced concrete, creating a distinctive stepped appearance. These projecting elements are fitted with glass balustrades that enhance the overall visual effect.
