Langesø

The current building was constructed between 1774 and 1778, replacing an earlier structure that sank into the lake due to its heavy stone construction. This rebuild marked a shift toward more stable building methods that have preserved the manor to the present day.

The estate reflects the traditions of Danish landed nobility, with the Berner family maintaining a continuous presence across generations. Visitors experience a living connection between family, land, and community that remains visible in daily operations.
