Viiralt's Oak, Protected oak tree in Vana-Võidu village, Estonia

The Viiralt's Oak reaches a height of 13 meters with a trunk circumference of 550 centimeters, standing as an English oak in Viljandi county.

According to local narratives, the King of Sweden planted this oak from a broken log, expressing desires for Swedish control over Estonian territories.

Estonian graphic artist Eduard Viiralt created an engraving of this oak in 1943, connecting the natural landmark with national artistic heritage.
