The museum opened in 1938 in Princess Fatima's former palace, becoming the second agricultural museum worldwide after Hungary's Royal Agricultural Museum.
The Museum of Bread section presents Egyptian agricultural traditions through displays of grain cultivation, milling processes, and bread production across different periods.
Located on Wezaret El Zera'a Street, the museum welcomes visitors from Tuesday to Sunday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
The gardens contain rare trees and plants across 15% of the property, complementing indoor exhibitions with living specimens of Egyptian flora.
