The training complex opened in 2005 to replace the former Ciudad Deportiva, marking a substantial advancement in Real Madrid's training infrastructure.
The facility includes La Fábrica youth academy, where young players receive both athletic training and academic education to develop future football talents.
The complex contains medical facilities with examination rooms, hydrotherapy pools, and rehabilitation centers to support athletes' physical maintenance and recovery.
The residential section includes 57 rooms for the first team and 40 double rooms for youth players, complete with educational spaces and recreational areas.
