Camí de Cavalls, Long-distance coastal trail in Menorca, Spain.

The Camí de Cavalls extends for 185 kilometers around Menorca's coastline, featuring diverse landscapes from rocky cliffs to sandy Mediterranean beaches.

The path dates back to 1330 when King James II of Mallorca ordered the construction of this route for mounted guards to protect against naval invasions.

The trail connects numerous archaeological sites, defense towers, and traditional fishing villages, reflecting centuries of Mediterranean maritime traditions.

The path divides into 20 marked stages with red and white signs, allowing hikers to complete individual sections or the entire circuit over multiple days.

Sections of the northern route pass through the S'Albufera des Grau Natural Park, where hikers can observe indigenous bird species and marine life.
