The Casa Muley-Afid features three stories with white exterior walls, decorated with green-glazed tiles, brick elements, and sgraffito panels around window openings.
Sultan Muley Afid commissioned architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch to design this residence in 1911 during his exile from Morocco to Barcelona.
The building incorporates elements of Catalan modernism architecture through its complex volumetric structure, prominent terraces, and a distinctive tower at the top.
Located at Passeig de la Bonanova 55, the building now functions as the Mexican Consulate and stands near the Sarrià and Les Tres Torres FGC stations.
The residence displays artwork by Opisso inside its walls, depicting various leisure activities from the early twentieth century period.
