Plaza de Toros de Bilbao, Bullring in Bilbao, Spain
The Plaza de Toros de Bilbao presents a circular structure with twenty-four exterior sides, three floors, and semicircular windows throughout its facade.
Architect Sabino Goikoetxea designed the original Plaza de Toros de Vista Alegre, which opened in 1882 and underwent reconstruction after a fire in 1961.
The venue maintains the tradition of Spanish bullfighting while adapting to include modern entertainment events and community gatherings throughout the year.
The stadium accommodates 14,781 spectators and features multiple access points, renovated facilities, and dedicated areas for press and food service.
Located on the slopes of Mount Uriza, the building combines traditional Spanish architectural elements with modern amenities following its 1962 renovation.
