Garòs

Garòs is a mountain village in the Naut Aran region, sitting at about 1,100 meters elevation. It sits between two ravines on the right bank of the Garonne River and offers lodging and dining options for visitors.

The village developed as a mountain settlement with a church whose bell tower dates to the early 1600s and resembles a defensive structure through its substantial size. This tower reflects the religious importance of the place during that period.
