Estudiotel Alicante

Estudiotel Alicante is a tall building with 35 floors that reaches 117 meters high in the coastal city of Alicante. The structure contains 78 hotel rooms and sits on Poeta Vila y Blanco Street, near the central Plaza de los Luceros.

The building was designed in 1962 by local architect Francisco Muñoz Llorens as part of a new phase of vertical growth in the region. It marked the beginning of a shift toward modern urban development along the Mediterranean coast.

The building's geometrically shaped parapets on the south face represent the architectural movement of the 1960s in Spanish coastal cities.

The building is reached via Calle Poeta Vila y Blanco in the city center and is accessible by public transportation. Its location near shops and restaurants makes it a convenient spot for visitors exploring the downtown area.

The structure surpasses the height of El Barco in Albufereta by 6 meters, establishing itself as a reference point in the urban landscape.
