The fountain features four frogs spouting water into shells, arranged around an octagonal pond with decorative wrought iron lights and luminaries.
Inaugurated in 1916 as a tribute to Dionisio Guardiola, the fountain was initially placed in Plaza de Gabriel Lodares before relocating to different locations.
The fountain displays scrolls symbolizing agriculture, commerce, and industry, along with the coats of arms of Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, and Spain.
Located at a central roundabout intersection of Paseo de la Libertad, Avenida de la Estación, Paseo de la Cuba, and Calle Alcalde Conangla.
Four metal frogs mounted above shells create continuous water streams, while nine pendants illuminate the monument during evening hours.
