The glass dome ceiling contains 370 panels depicting the 48 provinces of Spain, with Valencia's coat of arms positioned in the center.
The building operates as a post office Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 20:30 and Saturdays from 9:30 to 14:00 at Plaza Ayuntamiento 24.
The entrance displays allegorical figures representing the five continents, while the site itself stands on former fishing district grounds.
