Pyynikin Indoor Sports Hall is a multi-sport facility in Tampere that houses courts and fields for basketball, volleyball, handball, and floorball. The building includes a café, meeting spaces, and seating areas for watching events.
This sports hall opened in 1977 following a design by architect Pentti Turunen as part of Tampere's development of modern sports infrastructure. It became one of the city's main venues for competitive and recreational sports activities.
The center serves as the home venue for Tampereen Pyrintö basketball team and hosts the annual Tammer boxing tournament.
