Maison de l'Alsace, Administrative building on Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Paris, France.

The Maison de l'Alsace occupies a 2,200-square-meter Haussmannian building with six floors, featuring a business center and restaurant at 39 Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

André Bord and Georges Bourgeois purchased the property in 1968 for 7.8 million francs, leading to its establishment as the Alsace regional representation in Paris.

The building functions as a gateway between Paris and Alsace, hosting regional media offices and promoting Alsatian gastronomy through its traditional brasserie.

The facility provides meeting rooms, event spaces with Paris rooftop views, and operates a restaurant offering continuous service seven days per week.

The rooftop space presents 180-degree views across Paris, while the ground floor houses a brasserie specializing in Alsatian cuisine and fresh seafood.
