The building at 38 rue au Pain originally contained a china shop operated by Debussy's father on the ground floor where the composer spent his early childhood.
The museum's collection includes musical instruments, scores, and a Japanese lacquer panel that influenced Debussy's 1907 piano composition 'Poissons d'or'.
Visitors can access the museum through a wooden staircase in the inner courtyard between 2 PM and 6 PM, with free admission for children under 12.
The Yvonne Lefébure Auditorium within the museum hosts classical music performances and presentations related to Debussy's compositions.
