Marciana Marina

Marciana Marina is a coastal town on the northern shore of Elba Island with a working harbor and sandy beaches. The municipality spreads along the bay, featuring a modern marina for sailing vessels and an old granite watchtower that guards the western entrance of the port.

The settlement expanded in the 18th century from a small fishing community into a strategic maritime hub, leading to the construction of defensive structures against sea raids.
