Temple of Vespasian and Titus, Roman temple in Roman Forum, Italy
Three tall Corinthian columns with a height of 15.20 meters remain standing at the corner of this temple near the Tabularium.
Construction began after Vespasian's deification in 79 CE under Emperor Titus and was completed by Emperor Domitian around 87 CE.
The remaining frieze section displays ritual instruments including knives, bowls, jugs, and the distinctive pointed cap worn by Roman priests.
The temple structure measured 33 meters in length and 22 meters in width, featuring six columns across the front entrance.
The temple's back wall connected directly to the Tabularium foundation, making it one of the few Roman temples without a rear section.
