Parco naturale Dolomiti di Sesto

Parco Naturale Dolomiti di Sesto is a large protected area in South Tyrol that spans across several valleys and mountain ridges. It combines steep rock walls, green alpine meadows, and varied rock formations that shape the entire landscape.

The area was a combat zone between Italian and Austrian forces during World War I. Traces of this conflict remain visible in the landscape today, serving as reminders of that historical period.
