Museo delle Miniere di Mercurio del Monte Amiata, Mercury mining museum in Santa Fiora, Italy.

The museum displays mining tools, geological maps, and a replica tunnel that demonstrates the extraction methods used in Monte Amiata mercury mines.

The museum, which opened in 2002, preserves records of mining operations that influenced the regional industrial development throughout the twentieth century.

Located in Piazza Garibaldi, the museum operates from Tuesday to Sunday, with morning sessions from 10:30 to 12:30 and afternoon hours from 17:00 to 19:00.

The museum maintains a collection of mercury mining artifacts and joined Google Arts and Culture in 2024 as one of 60 partner institutions.
