Castello Theodoli, Medieval castle in Sambuci, Italy.

The rectangular fortress features four observation towers at its corners and spans three floors with reception halls, private chambers, and service quarters.

From the 1200s to 1600s, the castle changed ownership among noble families including the Orsini, Zanibeccari, Astalli, Piccolomini, and Theodoli dynasties.

The interior rooms display frescoes by Giovan Angelo Canini depicting literary, mythological, and religious themes, including scenes from Torquato Tasso's works.

The castle grounds include a 55,000-square-meter park that combines both Italian formal gardens and English landscape design elements.

The garden features hedges shaped to form the coats of arms of the Theodoli and Astalli families, representing centuries of noble heritage.
