San Martino

San Martino is a baroque church in Mantua featuring a vertical facade with three niches containing 18th-century stucco statues. The interior holds multiple artworks and extensive stucco decoration that create a richly adorned space.

The original church was documented in 1127 as part of the Benedictine Abbey of Polirone. Between 1680 and 1693, it underwent major reconstruction that gave it its baroque appearance.
