Civiche raccolte d'arte di palazzo Marliani-Cicogna

The Civiche raccolte d'arte di palazzo Marliani-Cicogna exhibits artworks from the sixteenth century to present day, arranged chronologically throughout multiple gallery spaces.

Count Luigi Marliani acquired a rural residence in 1624, which underwent transformations into a palace between 1624 and 1653, with further renovations in the 1730s.

The museum collection includes devotional art from ancient shrines, works by Biagio Bellotti, Giuseppe Bossi, Francesco Hayez, and Giacomo Favretto.

The museum received 9,500 visitors in 2019 and provides wheelchair access through dedicated facilities and ramps throughout the exhibition spaces.

A preserved section of rustic courtyard flooring from the original dwelling remains visible in one room on the ground floor of the museum.
