Santa Maria al Paradiso Church

Santa Maria al Paradiso Church is a religious building in Milan designed in Italian Baroque style with ornate decorative elements throughout its interior spaces. The building features a central nave flanked by side chapels and is topped with a Neo-Baroque facade that was added during renovation work in the late 1800s.

The construction of this religious building started in 1590 under architect Martino Bassi's direction. In the late 1800s, architect Ernesto Pirovano redesigned the facade, giving it the Neo-Baroque appearance visible today.

The interior shows religious artworks spread throughout side chapels that tell stories of saints and sacred moments. These paintings were created to help visitors connect with the faith and spiritual life of the community.
