The villa complex encompasses a central mansion surrounded by landscaped gardens, featuring water elements, walking paths, and decorative stone structures.
In 1558, Marquis Tobia Pallavicino constructed the villa around a 13th-century tower, establishing it as both a summer residence and agricultural center.
The garden design by architect Luigi Rovelli in 1880 incorporates Renaissance principles with ornamental paths, water features, and symmetrical botanical arrangements.
The park opens daily at 8 AM and closes at 6 PM during winter months and 8 PM in summer, with free admission through three entrance points.
The 350-square-meter Art Nouveau greenhouse, built in 1931, contains rare plant species for Liguria, including bald cypress and giant thuja specimens.
