Chiesa del Monte dei Morti e della Misericordia

The Chiesa del Monte dei Morti e della Misericordia is a religious church building in central Catanzaro designed with a Greek cross layout set within a square plan. Four side chapels form the transept, and the structure displays a late Baroque portal dating to 1728 with decorative stonework.

Construction began in 1715 and the building was consecrated on May 25, 1739 by Bishop Ottavio Del Pozzo. Its establishment during this period made it an important religious center in the city.
