Villa Cimena, Neoclassical villa in Castagneto Po, Italy.

Villa Cimena is an estate with a monumental facade featuring double colonnades with Ionic columns below and Corinthian columns above. The grounds contain multiple rooms inside and outdoor spaces with views across the Po Valley and the western Alpine range.

The estate was built in 1663 for the Turinetti di Priero family and underwent a complete neoclassical redesign in 1844 under architect Carlo Sada. This renovation fundamentally altered the building's appearance and gave it its current look.

The rooms display furniture made by craftspeople from the Piedmont region, along with paintings and decorative objects from different periods. These pieces give a sense of how wealthy families lived here.

The building currently serves as an event venue with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for various purposes. Visitors should note that access and viewing conditions may vary depending on events, so it is advisable to check information beforehand.

The garden was designed in 1847 in the English style by landscaper Marcellino Roda and contains various tree species including horse chestnuts, cedars, and sophoras. This botanical collection has survived to the present day and shows the interest wealthy families had in landscape design.
