Delizia di Fossadalbero, Historical palace in Ferrara, Italy.

The palace features a fortified structure with Guelph-style crenellations, defensive ramparts, and a prominent tower overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Nicolò III commissioned the construction of this palace between 1424 and 1434, with Giovanni da Siena leading the architectural project.

The palace contains 44 large rooms decorated with coffered ceilings, including a private chapel that reflects the religious customs of noble families.

The building currently operates as a country club, offering tennis facilities within its extensive grounds since the construction of the first court in 1900.

This palace witnessed the meetings between Ugo and his stepmother Parisina, leading to their execution by Marquis Nicolò III.
