Kanko Stadium

Kanko Stadium is an athletic facility in Kita-ku with a grass playing surface measuring 106 by 72 meters (348 by 236 feet) and seating for about 20,000 spectators. The facility is managed by Okayama Prefecture and serves for both track and field athletics and football matches.

The stadium opened in 1957 and underwent major renovations in 2003. These two milestones shaped its development as a regional sporting venue over the decades.
