Grand Front Osaka Owner's Tower is a 48-story high-rise building standing 180 meters tall in Kita-ku. It combines residential apartments and commercial spaces within a single structure that makes efficient use of space.
The building was completed in 2013 through a collaboration between Mitsubishi Estate Residence, NTT Urban Development, and Obayashi Corporation. This project was part of a major urban redevelopment effort aimed at modernizing Osaka.
