Frespo Yashio, Shopping complex in Yashio, Japan
Frespo Yashio is a three-floor shopping complex located in Saitama Prefecture, north of Tokyo, housing retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. The complex combines shopping and leisure activities in a single building that serves as a local hub for the community.
The complex opened in April 2006 as part of a strategy to improve retail infrastructure in Saitama's growing suburban areas. This expansion of shopping options reflected the region's increasing population and rising demand for modern shopping facilities.
The ground floor features Kasumi supermarket, where you can find local products and Japanese sweets from across the country. Regular fairs bring regional specialties to the complex, giving visitors a chance to explore items from different parts of Japan.
The complex is easily reached from Yashio Station on the Tsukuba Express line. Free parking is available for one hour on the ground level and two hours on the upper floors.
The third floor houses the 3rd Planet Amusement Centre next to Nojima electronics. The nearby Hamazushi restaurant offers sushi plates at a set price per piece, making dining both fun and affordable.
