The building opened in December 1992 and operated for three decades as part of the local business landscape. It closed its doors permanently in September 2022.
The building serves as a central gathering point for business professionals and visitors, positioned along the waterfront of Nakanoshima island.
The location sits about five minutes on foot from Nakanoshima Station. It was also accessible within ten to twelve minutes from Awaza and Shin-Fukushima stations.
The building housed Agoration, a specialized wedding venue focused on creating distinctive celebrations. It also was home to K-Fit, a premium fitness facility offering comprehensive training options.
