Founded in December 2000, this museum continues the legacy of Nihonsakari Company, which has produced sake in the Nadagogo region since 1889.
The facility preserves the architectural style of Meiji-period sake breweries while offering visitors opportunities to create traditional sake glassware through hands-on experiences.
Located 15 minutes south of Nishinomiya Station, the museum opens from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and includes a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine paired with sake.
The glass studio enables visitors to craft their own sake vessels through professional instruction, followed by tasting sessions using their handmade items.
