Sapporo Ramen Republic

Sapporo Ramen Republic is a collection of separate ramen restaurants stacked on the 10th floor of the ESTA building directly across from JR Sapporo Station. Each shop displays its own regional style, from traditional broth recipes to contemporary takes on the dish.
