血の池公園

Chinoike Park is a public green space located in Nagakute city in Aichi Prefecture. It features pine trees, playground equipment, and other recreational facilities within a residential neighborhood.

The site commemorates the Battle of Nagakute in 1584, where Tokugawa warriors played a decisive role in the conflict. The land was converted into a public park in 1985 for community use.

The name reflects its past connection to warfare, but today local residents use this space as a gathering point for daily recreation and leisure. Families come here regularly to spend time outdoors in their neighborhood.

The park is easily accessible from Irugaike Koen Station on the Linimo Line. Visitors will find paved pathways, seating areas, and restroom facilities throughout the grounds.

An old pine tree in the park marks where warriors once hung and cleaned their equipment after the battle. The tree connects visitors directly to this distant martial past.
