Kōriyama Culture Park

Kōriyama Culture Park is a large leisure area on the outskirts of Koriyama City with multiple rides and attractions. The grounds feature various entertainment options designed for families and visitors of all ages.

The facility opened in 1989 and became an important recreation center for the Fukushima Prefecture region. Its establishment added to the local entertainment offerings at that time.

The park is about five minutes from Koriyama South Interchange and offers 2,000 free parking spaces. Opening hours run from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so arriving in the morning is advisable.

The park has an unusual access policy allowing free entry with payment only for individual rides. This makes it possible to explore the grounds and pay only for preferred attractions.
