Ryōnan Park

Ryōnan Park extends across 11.8 acres alongside the Minami-Asakawa river, featuring baseball fields, playgrounds, and dedicated recreation areas for community activities.

The park grounds were formerly a bicycle racing track before its transformation and official inauguration as a public recreational space on April 1, 1968.

More than 200 cherry blossom trees within the park grounds create seasonal celebrations during spring, drawing residents for traditional flower viewing gatherings.

The park operates daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with free admission, offering essential facilities including restrooms, drinking water stations, and parking spaces.

The park incorporates multiple shelters distributed throughout its grounds, providing designated spaces for rest near the Minami-Asakawa river environment.
